What is JForce?+
JForce is Jumia's sales consultant programme in Kenya. You earn commissions by sharing Jumia product links and helping people buy online. It's free to join and you don't need any stock or capital.
Is JForce legit?+
Yes. JForce is an official programme run by Jumia, Africa's largest e-commerce platform. Over 100,000 agents across Kenya are actively earning commissions through the programme.
How do I register for JForce Kenya?+
Visit jforce.jumia.co.ke and sign up with your phone number and national ID. Registration takes about 2 minutes and is completely free. There are no hidden fees.
How much can I earn with JForce?+
Earnings depend on how much you sell. Commission rates range from 2% to 6% depending on the product category. Active agents typically earn KSh 5,000 to 50,000+ per month. There is no cap on earnings.
How do I get paid by JForce?+
Commissions are paid via M-Pesa twice a month (mid-month and end of month). The minimum payout threshold is KSh 1,000. You can track your earnings in real time through your JForce dashboard.
Do I need to carry stock or deliver products?+
No. You only share product links. Jumia handles all stock, warehousing, delivery, and customer service. You earn your commission when an order is successfully delivered to the customer.
Can I do JForce alongside my job or studies?+
Absolutely. Most JForce agents do it part-time alongside other work or studies. You choose your own hours and there's no minimum time commitment. All you need is a smartphone with internet access.
What products can I sell on JForce?+
All products on Jumia Kenya are available for you to promote. This includes phones, electronics, fashion, health & beauty, groceries, home appliances, and more. You choose what categories to focus on.
Is there free training available?+
Yes. Free live training sessions are held every Wednesday and Friday at 2 PM East Africa Time on Zoom and YouTube. Topics include product knowledge, social media selling, and growth strategies. Past recordings are also available on the JForce Kenya YouTube channel.
