Commission FAQ
When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid twice monthly via M-Pesa once your balance exceeds KSh 1,000.
What counts as a delivered order?
You earn commission only on orders that are successfully delivered to the customer — not on returns or cancellations.
Can I earn on my own purchases?
Yes! You earn commission on purchases made through your own link, as long as the order is delivered.
Is there a cap on earnings?
No cap. The more you sell, the more you earn. Top agents earn KSh 50,000+ monthly.
